Getting Naked and Personal!

Tonight, Thursday, May 21st from 6 – 8pm is the opening reception for “Naked”, a group photography show curated by Brett Henrikson at the Nave Gallery Annex!  This exhibit featuring 32 artists and at least as many interpretations of the sublime and mundane human body, provides ample cause to tread off the beaten track – all the way into Somerville – through June 20, 2015. If you’re up for inspiring photography with a novel presentation, head to 555 Gallery in South Boston where, on Thursday evenings and Saturday afternoons through June 20, 2015, two to five photographers will be in residence to share their portfolios of new work and personal projects with you.  “Personal Portfolio” is a not only a gallery show, but a series of rare opportunities to converse directly with photographers about their cutting edge work in a casual, pressure-free atmosphere.
