“Learn the rules like a pro, so you can break them like an artist.”

The 2016 PRC Student Exhibition features 5 selected works from each of 14 photography programs in the Greater Boston region through April 17, 2016.
The calendar says it’s spring, time for one of Boston’s annual rites of the season, the Photographic Resource Center Student Exhibition. Featuring work selected by 14 participating schools and photography programs, the exhibit showcases not only the most engaging new student work, but an interesting window into the variety of educational approaches offered in this city of schools. It is a tasty show, with a refreshing variety of work. Portraits, landscape, abstractions, color, B&W, even a few “alternative processes” – it’s all here, an impressive expression of talent from Boston’s young rising stars. You can enjoy their lessons learned through April 17, 2016.
